The mission of the Meadow Glen at Skippack community website is to provide a simple, accurate and effective means to communicate information that has been identified by our residents as meaningful and important.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Members of clubs or participants in activities which are not sponsored by the Association but have the privilege of any use of the Association clubhouse, website, message board or other facilities shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Association, its directors, officers, agents and employees, and the Association’s manager (the “indemnified Parties”) from loss, damage, claims, demand, suit, liability or expense (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) on account of any claim arising out of the use of the Association’s facilities.
The Executive Board reserves the right to require any members of clubs or participants in activities utilizing Association facilities to provide the Association with a written indemnification and release.
